Here is a look at the AI-assisted modules currently in progress, aimed at reducing manual effort and supporting content authors.

Reducing the hurdle of the "blank page"

One of the biggest challenges for any author is starting from scratch. Our Generative drafting module is being developed to help reduce writer’s block by generating draft page content from simple prompts.

This is designed to support early-stage content creation, improving efficiency and speeding up production. Importantly, the author remains in full control—the AI provides the starting point, but you handle the review, editing, and final approval to ensure the content meets your standards.

Simplifying multilingual content

For organisations reaching a global audience, managing translations can be a manual and time-consuming process. The AI enhanced translations module aims to streamline this by integrating AI-powered translation services directly into the CMS.

With a single click, authors can generate draft translations for pages and blocks. This reduces the manual effort required for localisation while allowing editors to retain oversight. You can review and refine the AI-generated text to ensure consistency and cultural nuance before publishing.

Maintaining a consistent voice

Keeping content consistent across a large site or multiple contributors can be difficult. We are working on a Tone/style adjuster to help authors rewrite content to match a defined brand voice or specific stylistic prompt.

Whether you’re refining a single block or refreshing an entire page, this module provides guided rewrites and in-place updates. It’s a tool for improving editorial quality and brand alignment without the need for extensive manual revisions.

Improving search performance with less effort

Digital content is no longer just about winning a spot on a search results page; it’s about being the most trusted answer in an AI-driven world. As we move from traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), the way we manage our 'content operations'—the processes and tools we use to build our sites—must also evolve.

At Silverstripe, we believe the key to navigating this shift is empowering content authors with tools that simplify the technical side of publishing, allowing them to focus on what matters most: creating impactful digital experiences. 

Effective SEO is essential, but manually creating meta tags for every page is often a repetitive task. The AI meta tag generator module suggests SEO titles and descriptions, based on your existing page content.

By providing these suggestions for authors to review and approve, the module helps improve search performance and consistency across the site while freeing up time for authors to focus on the substance of their pages.
