We’ve moved. Visit Silverstripe’s new offices in Wellington and Auckland

Silverstripe has called Wellington and Auckland home for some years now. Our headquarters in Wellington supports a crew of around 50, while our Auckland hub keeps a team of 15. The rest of our team works fully remotely from across the country, joining us in the office from time to time for collaboration and events.

As we wrapped up 2025, we reached a major milestone: moving into brand-new spaces in both Pōneke and Tāmaki Makaurau. It was a big milestone for us, and it only happened because of incredible mahi behind the scenes.

The people who made it happen

A huge thank you goes to our Business Support Team(opens in new tab). Coordinating two moves simultaneously is no small feat, but they ensured we were set up and ready to hit the ground running for the new year.

We’re still adding the final touches to make the spaces feel like home, and we’re grateful for the patience and flexibility our team has shown during the transition. Another special shout-out to our Creative Director, James Ford, whose vision has brought the Silverstripe identity to life within these new walls.

Honouring our roots

While we’re excited about the future, we haven’t forgotten where we came from.

Our previous HQ on Cuba Street in Wellington was our home since 2020. Being in the heart of Pōneke’s most creative neighbourhood shaped us during a period of huge global change. Cuba Street will always be a part of the Silverstripe story, and we’re grateful for the memories (and the coffee) that fueled us there. We also want to thank our previous landlord for years of support.

In Auckland, our Shortland Street office served us well since 2021, marking a special period of growth and definition for our team.

Where you can find us now

Wellington: Our new HQ located near government agencies and the central commercial hub, makes it even easier to collaborate with our public sector partners and local organisations. Plus, we now have a pretty fancy view of the waterfront—keep an eye out for photos soon.

Auckland: Connectivity and wellbeing at Formery by Alberts(opens in new tab), our new Auckland space puts us right in the heart of the city, closer to our clients and the wider community. It also offers some fantastic perks to keep our team feeling their best, including a gym, a quiet room, and even infrared saunas with ice showers. (Yes, it’s as cool as it sounds).

Both offices are pet-friendly, which is exactly how we like it.

We also want to acknowledge Evan Price(opens in new tab) from Colliers, whose advice and patience in showing us many potential spaces were invaluable.

What this means for you

Our addresses have changed, but our mission hasn't. We continue to work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality digital experiences throughout New Zealand and beyond.

These new spaces are designed for what matters most: collaboration. Whether it’s a deep-dive workshop, a quick catch-up, or one of our famous community parties and meetups, these offices are built for connection.
