He's one of our incredible Support Engineer's that takes care of the sites using our managed cloud hosting platforms so that they stay up-and-running 24/7, no matter what. He's all about Cloud Computing and Site Reliability Engineering, with a keen interest to always be learning more and adapting how he works to the changes in technology as they happen. The drive to keep moving forward comes from his background in Engineering and Computing, where his roles have spanned across a wide variety of tasks like web infrastructure and PCI security handling.

He's our first point of contact for clients and enjoys working alongside them to get to the bottom of what's happening to give them the best resolution. Handling a range of different issues helps him learn new ways to fix things and drives his passion for solving issues to help our clients have better experiences with us.
When Joby’s not dedicating his time to being a Support Engineer Superstar, it’s all being dedicated to his family and friends. Most of that time he spends hanging out with his wife, getting quality time where he can, whether it’s exploring new places or popping out to the shops. He’s also recently discovered his love for reading so you might even find him tucked away in a quiet corner with a paperback in his hands.
