This week's Auckland PHP meetup was a real success, with double the normal attendance turning up to learn about SilverStripe.
We covered our goals, the features and mechanics of the SilverStripe project, provided a hurtling summary of our achievements in the 12 months since we officially launched, and showcased work from the Google Highly Open Participation Contest.
It was fantastic to see the support and interest from fellow New Zealanders, so thank you to all those who packed the venue!
Thanks also go to Jochen for inviting and hosting us, and to Selena for asking lots of intelligent questions and taking photos.
Based on the interest, we'll be back in Auckland on Thursday 13th March to present at the monthly Auckland Web meetup.
