SilverStripe 2.2.0-rc3 released

With today's release of SilverStripe v2.2.0-rc3, we're only a matter of days from releasing the stable version of SilverStripe 2.2.0.

There's been a handful of fixes since RC2, so please help us test so we can get SilverStripe 2.2.0 stable out.
