Site purpose

Inform Insurance is a New Zealand insurance broker that provides personal insurance solutions. Customers can compare a wide range of insurance providers, select a provider for their needs, and manage all their insurances online while getting personalised, expert service from an insurance specialist.

What we did

• We built the website that allowed Inform to take their business online.
• We created a self service portal allowing customers to evaluate insurance options and manage their accounts online.
• We developed a powerful customer data management backend that allowed Inform staff to automate, personalise, and manage communications with their customers.

• Users fill out questionnaires to get personalised expert advice on insurance products.
• Users read helpful, practical information about what to consider and what to watch out for when buying insurance.
• Users manage their insurances in a hassle-free manner through the website.

Measures of success

The solution has proven so effective that virtually all Inform's business now takes place over the web.

In 2008, we built a second website for Inform, kiwiselect.co.nz, which allows New Zealanders to learn about various retirement options in an unbiased manner, and gives them the option to sign up online.
