We have an IRC (internet relay chat) channel running on the freenode network for discussion, support, help and bug fixing by developers.

The developers of SilverStripe attempt to be online as much as possible, but make a commitment for several to be there at once, with no other distractions, from 8.30 to 9.30 each Friday morning in New Zealand time (TimeAndDate.com can tell you where this is for you).
