Google Summer of Code Fruit #1 - FlickrGallery

Posted by Sigurd on 7 July 2007

Our Google Summer of Coders have all been working hard and with their mid-payment resting on showing progress next week, I'll be showing all the great new work that's being done.

First up is the FlickrGallery created by Lakshan Perera, who has been working from Sri Lanka to make it delightfully simple to create a gallery of flickr photos on your SilverStripe website. He will work subsequently on doing similar work with YouTube and Technorati.

Demo and download... (requires SilverStripe 2.0.2)

  • WOW! This looks great! I think it may come in *very* useful when I hopefully to move my main website to being powered by SilverStripe. :)
