Frank joined SilverStripe in October 2009. He's been interested in technology since he was a child and was 15 when he first began tinkering with radios and TVs. He started creating integrated circuits, progressed to building his own computer and finally qualified in Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt.
With over 20 years professional experience in hardware and software development, Frank's focus at SilverStripe is not just development, but also infrastructure. Understanding both sides of the technical fence adds depth to his work.
These days, when he's not looking at a screen, he has his eye on a target. He's recently started archery and enjoys it for its zen qualities. When he's standing on an archery field, he can clear his mind, relax, and breathe—when everything's aligned he swears that the arrow will go exactly where he wants it to!
