What kind of websites can SilverStripe Dawn monitor?
Currently, websites that run on top of SilverStripe 2.3+ can be monitored. Sites hosted on the Windows platform cannot be monitored at this time.
What are the browser requirements to use SilverStripe Dawn?
We recommend the latest version of Firefox.
What's included in my monthly fee?
All plans come with full monitoring of your SilverStripe-based web environment. This includes issue notifications by SMS or email, and monitoring of key metrics across the operating system, database, webserver, and SilverStripe layers.
Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. We bill monthly and you can cancel at any time. You can sign up for a free 30-day trial period with the Basic plan, and we will only charge your credit card if you choose not to cancel during the trial period.
What if I host my own site?
You can certainly set up Dawn on your own site. Dawn is designed for your situation. Please make sure you meet the system requirements.
What if I have a site hosting provider?
If your site is hosted with a provider, Dawn should be able to work fine. We say "should" because there are some minimum requirements for using Dawn and some providers can more easily meet those requirements than others. The best approach is for you to contact your provider and ask them if they meet the requirements mentioned here.
