XML parsing error... Any suggestions I'm lost and annoyed..!!

I've got my site up and working just fine and all of the templates work except for one which is my ArticlePage template. It worked fine on the local "lighttpd" server.. but for some reason once I transferred my templates to the web, the page renders this error:

"XML Parsing Error: xml declaration not at start of external entity
Location: http://seth.sweepingdesign.com/silverstripe/news/

Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Any suggestions???
