News Reader: A Wellington business has become the first in the country to receive a grant from Internet giant, Google. In an annual scheme designed to mentor up-and-coming computer programmers, Google is spending six and a half million dollars on eight hundred of the world's brightest students, and it's chosen Wellington web development business, SilverStripe, to mentor up to ten of them here. SilverStripe spokesperson, Siggy Magnusson, says the opportunity is a huge coup both for their business and the New Zealand IT industry in general.
Siggy Magnusson: We've done quite a lot of stuff already working with university students, and therefore they are quite content that we would be able to mentor students from around the world.

my mum woke me up the moment she heard silverstripe mentioned on the radio. Any thoughts sig on doing a follow up article in the dom post or something? Maybe in the monday infotech section?
