We continue to grow and are looking for a fantastic support person to join the SilverStripe team. We currently have an opening for a stellar Support Lead.

- Coordinate resolution of support issues with developers.
- Manage support relationships with new and existing clients.
- Fixing and validation of a variety of types of issues, some technical, some not.
- Answer questions via the SilverStripe support forum as appropriate.
- Support other activities at SilverStripe on an as-needed basis.
- Meet with clients on occasion for support or training.
Key skills you’ll need to bring to the party are:

- Ability to juggle 4 balls at once, either literally or figuratively.
- Passion for helping people.
