What is happening for people when it goes down? I haven't been able to replicate anything at my end, and we have a monitoring service that hasn't alerted me, so I wonder if there is a network problem affecting some but not other visitors.

Demo site is down. I grabbed a copy and set it up on a dev server to test, but still, you should either get the demo working or put up a notice as to why it isn't available.
