Robert took a circuitous route to the role of developer, dabbling in marketing and Latin before settling into the loving embrace of a Linux terminal. He was attracted to the logical and elegant nature of well-engineered software architecture and left university with a BSc in Computer Science.
Robert cut his teeth on computer games, first hacking them together between classes at uni and then professionally at Sidhe Interactive, where he worked on games for the PlayStation2 and Xbox consoles. After leaving Sidhe to "go indie" and developing websites to raise capital, he found that he really enjoyed working with web technologies and decided to make a go of it.
On the weekends, when not painting (or talking to) his legions of miniature soldiers, Robert enjoys planning overseas trips with his wife or threatening to enter her into MasterChef - he's convinced she'd win.
