John is a qualified trainer with over 20 years experience in both the US and Australian markets.
He has conducted workplace and tertiary training in a variety of IT disciplines including digital imaging, EDMS and records management, business applications and web development. John also has substantial experience in implementing and auditing quality management systems under the ISO 9001 standard.
